Apple Cheesecake Recipes



If you like apples and cream, then apple cheesecake recipes are right up your alley.

When using fresh apple, just clean and peal them before you cut.  Also if you don't have one, buy an apple corer.  It's a fast and convenient way to get the core out.

One more important thing.  Never cut and store your apples before you use them.  They brown quickly because of oxidation with the air.  If you feel that you must, mix 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 4 ounces of water in a small sprayer and spray the mixture on your cut apples.  This will help to delay the browning.

When using jams, jellies or preserves, always use only the best.  Specialty stores and farmers markets are a great place to find them.
