Dessert sauces and toppings recipes adds zest and flavor to even the most plain cheesecake and creating them are easy and fun once you understand the basics.

Many sauce recipes are just slight alterations to your old favorites.  They may have a little more of this and a little less of that.  And with your own secret ingredients throw in-- Presto, you have just created your own new unique sauce recipe.  Granted, it may take a couple times to get it just the way you like.  But you know what they said about Rome.
