  • Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
  • The Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon espresso, instant granules
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 2 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup liqueur chocolate cream, that is Godiva
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 bar of Godiva chocolate melted
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries

The Directions

Dissolve espresso in water and set aside.

Combine the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, sugar, Godiva, and espresso in a bowl and mix until smooth.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.  Stir in Godivia chocolate.

Pour into a 9-inch springform pan.  Wrap plastic film around the bottom and sides of the pan and bake in a water bath in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.  Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.

Place the refrigerator until ready to serve.  Garnish with fresh raspberries.  Serve your Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake.

Much as I would love too, I have to admit that I can't live off of cheesecakes, so I have to supplement with something nutritious. As a quick pick me up, I like Gogi juice. In fact, the Himalayan Goji Berry Juice has been know by the Chinese for it wonderful health benefits for thousands of years.
