Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe




Irish Cream is a mixture of Irish Whiskey, coffee, cream and other ingredients such as eggs and vanilla extract.  So why not make your own Irish Cream and use it in this Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe. Here’s a recipe for the Irish Cream if you’re feeling adventurist.

  • The Ingredients
  • 24 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cup vanilla crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T.  flour
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 t.  vanilla
  • 1 cup white chocolate, grated

The Directions



Preheat oven to 350° F.  Combine the crumbs and butter in a medium-size bowl.  Press on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.  A little oil on your fingers helps to keep the crust from sticking to your fingers.  Bake in oven for five minutes.  Remove and set aside. 

Cream the cheese and sugar.  Beat in the eggs, flour, liqueur and vanilla until smooth.  Pour mixture onto crust and bake for 40 minutes.

Turn off oven and leave in oven for another 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.  After cheesecake has cooled, sprinkle white chocolate on top. 

Refrigerate overnight.  Serve and enjoy your Irish Cream Cheesecake.
