For the Crust: Mix almonds and softened butter until it forms a paste-like mixture. Press into pie pan. Place in refrigator and let hardened.
For the Filling: Preheat Oven at 350°F. Using an electric mixer blend cream cheese on low speed in a mix bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of Splenda or similar artificial sweetner and continue to beat until fluffy. Add in unsweetened peanut butter. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in heavy whipping cream.
Pour the mixture into crust. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool on wire rack.
Chill until the cheesecake sets. Serve and enjoy your Low Carb Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
