No Bake Cherry Cheesecake


A delicious No Bake Cherry Cheesecake.  All the enjoyment of cheesecake without turning on your oven.  But if you feel the need for something that's baked, but you don't want to spend a lot of time making it, then try these snappy recipes that are ready to eat in 20 minutes.

  • No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
  • Adapted from The Ultimate Cheesecake Book
  • The Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 cup of Graham Crackers
  • 3/4 cup of chopped Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages of soften Cream Cheese
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup of Cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

The Directions

For the Crust: Mix Grahams crackers, nuts, melted butter and vanilla extract in a bowl.  Spread in the bottom of a 10" springform pan and up 1 1/2 inch on the side.  Put in refrigerator and allow to hardened. 

For the Filling: Using an electric mixer blend cream cheese on low speed in a mix bowl.  Add in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and cinnamon and continue to mix.  Add in cherry pie filling and continue to mix. 

Pour the mixture into your crust.  Put in the refrigerator and allow to set.  Serve and enjoy your No Bake Cherry Cheesecake.
