No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake


A very delicious no bake chocolate cheesecake.

  • The Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 cup of Graham Crackers
  • 3/4 cup of chopped Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages of soften Cream Cheese
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 5 ounces of Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

The Directions

For the Crust: Mix Grahams crackers, nuts, melted butter and vanilla extract in a bowl. Spread in the bottom of a 10" springform pan and up 1 1/2 inch on the side. Put in refrigerator and allow to hardened.

For the Filling: Over a low heat, melt chocolate in a double boiler and gently stir once chocolate starts to melt. Once chocolate becomes smooth remove from heat and set aside. Using an electric mixer blend cream cheese on low speed in a mix bowl. Add in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon and continue to mix. Next, add in melted chocolate continue to mix until well blended.

Pour the mixture into your crust. Put in the refrigerator and allow to set. Serve and enjoy your No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake.
