  • 1/2 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons of Powered Sugar

The Directions



In a chilled-bowl, whip cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.  With the mixer still running, sprinkle sugar into cream and continue to whip until firm peaks form.  Ice entire cheesecake with topping.
